As their first residential project under Davis Hauser Construction, Sam and Rebecca completed this gorgeous river home for the lovely Megyeri couple. Both the interior and exterior have multiple textures on the walls, giving a grand feeling to the home. From ship lap, to stone, to wall paper, this home is far from boring. When you enter the home, you see clear through the 16’ wide sliding glass doors to the deck that overlooks the Arkansas River below. Attached to the home is a 2,400 sqft garage with a pickle ball court, and throughout the property you will find two fire places, two fire pits, a seven person hot tub, and a whole house surround sound system, who wouldn’t want to live here? Not to mention the fact that it is only half a mile from downtown Salida!
