This custom modern ranch-style home was managed by Rebecca under Epic Homes, and features a flat roof with a grand, stone radius entry. Located just outside of town, the open living area and stamped concrete patios makes it the perfect home to host guests, who frequently wish to visit Chaffee County. Approaching this house around it’s circular drive, you approach a wide, rounded, concrete staircase, leading you to a locally handcrafted alder door. The radius shape is carried throughout the design of the house and continues in the entry tile flooring, butted-up to beautiful, engineered hardwood flooring. A unique fireplace, with a traditional stucco veneer and a custom wooden mantel is the center piece of the living area, breaking up the two living wings. Taking some extra time at the start of the project to orient the house to the mountains, the Great Room windows do a perfect job at framing Mt Shavano, and the rest of the Sawatch Range, giving the homeowners exactly what they moved here for!
