Sitting at the edge of the homeowner’s vast ranch land is now a spectacular custom home for them and their three children to enjoy. From the outside, you can see the attention to detail that the architect put into the different roof lines and angles, as well as the strategically placed decks, to capture the view of the mountains and the Arkansas River. Featuring a two-story Great Room centered with a stone fireplace, a refurbished wooden mantel, and a wall of windows gives one a grand entrance into the home. Dark, decorative beams line the main ceilings, causing an eye-catching contrast in the main living areas. Just around from the Big Bend river put-in, this is a home that makes you want to cozy up to a fire and enjoy the views.
