DHC had the pleasure of constructing these three commercial/multi-use building for Dan Thomas and Tom Pokorny, near downtown Salida. With a staggered start, all three of these structures were built simultaneously and consist of a total of 8 residential units and 3 commercial spaces. The exterior of each building includes different combinations of stucco, real brick siding, and custom metal work, providing a unique personality to each lot. Two of the commercial spaces include a glass overhead door, with a lovely view of the paver courtyard. The residential units showcase beautiful aluminum clad windows, with the interior wood prefinished in black, for a sleek and modern look. Incorporated into each of the upper units is real oak flooring, giving each resident a warm, cozy feeling in their home. Three beautiful buildings within walking distance to downtown.
